The site serves articles without a mailing-list form or on-site account. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.

We do not load Clarity before you consent, and we send an advertising-storage denial. We do not send custom visitor names or account identifiers.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline without losing access to any article, or reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to withdraw consent. Turning analytics off clears this site’s Clarity cookies and reloads the page without loading Clarity. This does not delete data already collected by Microsoft.
